Solar Battery Charger

Solar battery chargers and renewable energy, an unlikely combination in a world that’s going green and exploring new ways every day to improve our planet, but I am here to tell you this is a vital consideration to discuss and besides who doesn’t like the idea of being mechanical power independent to use whatever device you want wherever and whenever you need it without relying on conventional means? Batteries are used in virtually everything; computers, sell phones, I-pods, house hold appliances, mp3’s, laptops, water pumps, flashlights, cars, RV’s, boats the list goes on and on.

The scary thing here is batteries for all of these devices are being thrown out every day and contributing to the dangerous metal waste build up in land fills. The good news here is that we can slow this down and eventually make D.M.W.(dangerous metal waste) a thing of the past and we can do it simply by using a solar battery charger

Just as we have all kinds of uses for batteries there are solar chargers for everything. There is a basic AA or AAA charger that holds up to four batteries at a time. There a re trickle charger panels for RV’s and super solar chargers for cars.

Chargers come in strips, folding panels, compact units etc.  The best advice, does your homework, make sure you find the one for your needs and research the prices. Finally do the math. Consider how many batteries you will use in the life time of each item. Be honest when figuring out usage vs. cost. Then compare to a one time purchase of a solar battery charger. Oh, and one more consideration; the sun’s energy; clean, strong and vital vs. D.M.W.; long term contamination, poisoning of the planet and carbon footprints. You decide.
